weird. but then again, my new one's sorta weird too.... o well :P
| This time of year is always strange in one way or another. I think it's the only time of year where I'm really happy and nevertheless stressed at the same time. There's end of year presentations, which I am looking forward to. There's one in English, and one in Music. I'm really looking foward to my Music presentation tomorrow, I'm presenting the Chopin Etude No. 2 from the Trois Nouvelle Etudes. extraordinarily beautiful piece, i'm excited.
Also the end of term recitals and concerts are here. Last Friday was the last orch concert, then on Saturday there was the chamber music concert, and then tomorrow there's a student recital and another chamber music concert for music-500. I'm only playing in the student recital, so i can just kick back and relax for the music-500 concert. There's a lot of good things that will be played... the Mozart flute quartet, the Mendelssohn c minor trio, and lots of other stuff.
And of course there's end of term papers in English and History. English paper's already passed in, so thats all good. But my History paper is due tomorrow and I still have to start it... yep.
| Everything's been incredibly busy the past few weeks... the final
crunch down in the second to last week of school. English
research paper and presentation, history final paper, music final
composition and presentation, music recital next week for both violin
and piano, orchestra concert this friday, and chamber music concert
this saturday. Then I'm DONE.
Nothing but chillin out for a few weeks after finals! Then '07 will be uppers... scary thought.
Tonight's PA Science Bowl was pretty good, although I feel like there
was a smaller turnout in audience than last year. Too many people
left in the middle of the event... but nevertheless this year was
pretty successful for the Science Team.

| Got new background music!
So good..... ahh...... and if you can name it you get a gold star.
| Ah, the power went out at PA and it was one of the most creepiest and spookiest experience I've had period. GW is comparable to a haunted house without power, especially if you're one of the few people at GW. One of the scariest places to go alone in GW is upstairs near the back door to Steinbach. The little white ceramic dolls were a bit weird without light, and just staring at the back entrance with the one backup light over it was enough to send violent shivers up my spine. Just the utter feeling of being alone.
When I went outside, I couldn't see three feet in front of me because of the snow and because there was no power on campus. Everything was just dark, and the wind was so violent. People's footprints became covered again within minutes.
Ok, so now I think my house is the only one on the street with power, so I'll post this before we lose power too.
